Hey all! Haven't been updating my blog.. wow it's been a long time.. been pretty lazy too.. Let's see.. many things happened since the last time I updated my blog. Went through the 24km graduation route march.. which was really outstanding especially at the end where everyone of us were on a high even though it's way past our lights-off time. Finally passed out from BMTC last tues.. Prob one of the most draining day so far.. why? As luck would have it.. I went down with fever on monday night. YES monday night.. which was passing out eve, and the stuff we had to pack and all.. and was so bloody "LUCKY" i got picked for guard duty too. Didn't feel any better the next morning.. in fact I had the runs.. and was feelin' in the dumps the whole morning way up till before the parade started. And we had to deposit our heavy bags at another place and clean up our bunks and stuff.. I'd really like to thank my bunkmates for helping me out that day.. or I prob wouldn't have been able to take part in the parade. Had a warm-up session before the parade began.. and I didn't even have the strength to hold up my rifle.. so when the actual parade was abt to begin and all our parents are seated in the stands, it's almost magically all my pain went away.. and I survived the parade... yup.. and my parents and brother coming down to the parade square to put on my cap for me.. makes the 3 months of training in tekong all worth while.

The guys from my platoon wanted to play football the next day so not wanting to be a spoilt sport I went too.. everything went well till the final moments where I was charging down on goal and landed heavy on my left ankle.. So bloody unlucky.. guess I'm really injury-prone. It got so swollen at night I can't even walk. Wonder how I manage to go to queensway and get a Man Utd home jersey too.. ha. Got better over the next few days though it's still swollen... and I'm doing guard duty tmr.. well.. that's life. Went to Wenwen's birthday party on saturday.. converted his sis' old room into his personal entertainment room.. hahaa.. fantastic. Spent sunday with mum and my siblings in town. Did some window shopping before heading to Crown Prince Swensen's for dinner. Mum talked abt her lovely smile and how an ang moh came up to her at the stall commenting "You have such a lovely smile!". haha.. that's mum.. and went on to say that all three of us have really nice smile as well.. and how I don't smile as much as i should.. haha. Yea I do admit I don't smile a lot.. but maybe there's nothing much to smile abt... yet.

Went to play pool with Billy and Wenwen today at WCR.. haven't been there for a long long time.. had lunch at clementi central. Haven't been there for a long long time too. Things changed so much... it's only been half a yr.. and clementi seem so alien to me.. a place I used to go almost everyday during my sec sch days.. it's pretty weird.. and events this yr made me not wanna go to that place....... well it's the past. Walking past some places do remind you of some stuff. Went to IMM after that.. intending to collect my pants from giordano and trying my luck to change the 'Band of Brothers' DVD i bought a week ago cos the first disc was broken. Ended being a wasted trip cos giordano didn't have my pants ready and apparently i bought the last DVD. Well.... What can I say?

Well I guess that's abt it.. pretty long post.. and Messenger isn't working tonight.. suddenly felt very lonely. Lookin' at some stuff... realised maybe it's time to completely flush some things outta my head. 3 months of training in tekong and I still haven't got rid of the demons in my head.. WHY?! It sucks.. but blogging's a good way to let out some steam...... yup. I'd better sign off before ppl think I'm nuts.. Gd night to all >=)
